“Career is more of an action verb than it is a noun in the 21st century workplace. Each day is an invitation to become the best version of ourselves as careerists.”

Carla wrote these words in her journal on August 1, 1999, the first day of starting her firm.

She lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her husband Mike. Their family includes three daughters, Annie (Corey) Jones, Corrie and Ellie Hunter, and grandson Ford Allen Jones.
