Career Span, Inc. has trained over 120 professionals in Kentucky since 2004. In our interactive class we use NCDA’s Facilitator Career Development Curriculum and supplement it with our CCE nationally approved curriculum written by our instructors,Intersection: Where Career Theories, Models and Resources Converge (2017).Instruction is devoted to a specific focus on each of the twelve GCDF competencies and practical strategies to implement knowledge in class to successful actions with clients.
As instructors we train our course based upon successful outcomes with our private practice clients that include career tools such as:
- Targeted resume templates
- Labor market research strategies
- Convincing interviewing skills
- Successful job search methodologies
- Useful social media platform ideas
- Effective helping skills model
We share successful tools and strategies that are used consistently with the individuals and organizations we serve.
